Mike Wu is currently a Chief Data Scientist at AgileCMO. He specializes in the executing & measuring of marketing campaigns and data-driven customer behavior analysis. He focuses on getting buying predictions of each customer, then offering the right products to reduce customer churn & increase loyalty and expand customer life cycle.
Mike works closely with senior management and executives to enable data-driven approaches supporting their client’s go-to-market initiatives, optimize client’s marketing campaigns and provides actionable recommendations to their sales strategies.
Prior to AgileCMO, Mike worked for EMC for more than 10 years and received the EMC2 President Award. He also spent several years as an independent consultant and business development manager. Mike is best known in analyzing direct marketing campaigns (direct mail, email, telemarketing etc.) to develop various predictive models (response, risk, churn rate, cross-selling etc.), and measurable marketing insights for conducting the analyses, determining the conclusions and actionable recommendations. His work in practical database marketing and effective data-driven analysis methodologies has helped many companies tremendously increase revenues and profits.
Mike Wu holds a Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s Degree and MBA from Rensselaeur Polytechnic Institute.
